IT-Assurance Patch Management and Monitoring “ITAP”

“ITAP” is a subset of the larger IT-Assurance Managed Service Program. We install a SMART agent on each desktop, the agent connects to a Patch Management Gateway Server to provide complete patch and monitoring services. The Gateway Server pushes only approved “Whitelisted” patches out to the desktops. The agents then report back to our data network operations center servers with the status of the upgrade. This upgrade occurs only during the timeframe that you specify.    More
