The Senior Network Engineer (LAN) is
responsible for supporting our clients'
technical needs. Our clients range in
size from small companies with networks
of 15+ computers to 750+ node complex
multi-server networks.

Requirements/Experience with:

Minimum of
5 years experience in end user
support and troubleshooting

95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP

Novell
|
 |
Support
Win 2000 Software installations
|
 |
Backup and
disaster recovery experience
|
 |
Internet
connectivity including DSL, Cable,
T1 and firewalls
|
 |
Network
administrative skills
|
 |
Troubleshooting network problems
|

Install
and configure workstations
|

Microsoft
Exchange mail client configuration
and Internet based e-mail

Candidates must
have experience working with Network
products, an ability to configure,
build, maintain and troubleshoot
computers at the component level. Solid
understanding and experience in
implementation of hardware to Windows
LANs. All candidates should have the
confidence to solve all computer
problems you are presented with

The
Account
Executive
is
responsible
for
selling
Advanced
Vision
Technology
Group's
networking
solutions
to
businesses
in the
New York
Metro
area.
Our
solutions
are
focused
around
consulting
services
in
network
planning,
assessment
and
design.
We also
offer
product
sourcing,
I.T.
staffing,
security,
wireless
connectivity,
storage
and
additional
I.T.
services.
Responsibilities:
 |
Identify,
source,
develop
and
close
new
business
opportunities,
building
client
base
within
the
greater
New
York
City
area
|
 |
Qualify
and
scope
client
opportunities;
negotiate
contract
terms
and
conditions
with
customer
|
 |
Work
with
technical
and
operations
management
to
devise
solutions
and
price
bid
responses,
ensuring
that
proposals
meet
P&L
and
business
objectives
and
have
appropriate
approvals
|
 |
Manage
customer
interface
for
business
development,
working
with
delivery
to
ensure
that
customer
expectations
are
met
|
 |
Manage
established
accounts,
maintaining
relationships
that
maximize
long-term
sales
opportunities
|
 |
Work
with
strategic
alliances
and
partners
to
uncover
and
respond
to
mutually
beneficial
sales
opportunities
|
Requirements:
 |
2+
years
previous I.T.
sales,
including
minimum
of
1+
years
successful
sales
of
Professional
Consulting
Services
/
Systems
Integrations
Solutions.
|
 |
Previous
experience
scoping,
pricing
and
winning
IT/solutions
bids.
|
 |
Knowledge
of
marketplace,
vendors,
competitors
and
industry
trends;
additional
knowledge
of
vertical
industry
and
marketplace
for
greater
New
York
City
area
strongly
preferred
(i.e.
Media
/
Entertainment,
Financial
Services,
Publishing,
etc.)
|
 |
Ability
to
coordinate
and
lead
a
team
of
resources
to
qualify
and
win
proposal
efforts.
|
 |
Executive-level
sales
experience;
exposure
at
Business
Department/Division/Company
Head,
CIO,
CEO
level;
demonstrated
strong
verbal,
written,
negotiation
and
relationship
management
skills
at
executive
level.

 |
Team
player
able
to
build
and
maintain
both
internal
and
external
relationships.
|
 |
Bachelors
Degree
preferred.
