Our SOX engineers are well versed in the development, implementation and testing of SOX Compliance Plans. We will interface with your internal and external audit staff, as well as your management team.  

The STARS (SOX Testing and Reporting System) application is our proprietary system used in our SOX Compliance Practice to manage your SOX technology testing and compliance. We have experience working with large accounting firms such as Grant Thorton, Ernst and Young and many of other firms.

Our experience also includes Accounting Department interfaces and test development. We will work closely with your Accounting Department in the development of their testing procedures. All of our programs, IT Assurance, ITAP, and DataSafe were developed and implemented with SOX compliance in mind. That includes testing and validation rules and documentation in the area of “Evidence of Execution”. We will provide the “man-off-the-street” testing documentation, potentially saving you thousands of hours of consulting and development time.

IPO Preparation

Hand-in-hand with SOX preparation is your IPO preparation. Our Senior Managers have been down the IPO road more than a few times and have learned what banks, regulators and the public want to see in a Technology Operations group.
