The IT Assurance Managed
Service Program is structured in a three phased
approach:
Phase 1
– Assessment
Phase 2
– Compliance
Phase 3
–IT Assurance Managed Service Program
Phase 1 –
Assessment
The first phase of the
project will be a detailed review of your existing
environment. This will include, but not be limited to,
documentation of all servers, desktops and associated
peripherals in your environment.
Following this review, we will create and
document all steps required and develop an estimate of time and
material required. Execution of this process will elevate your existing technology
infrastructure to the IT Assurance level
of service.
Phase 2 –
Compliance
During this stage, Advanced Vision
Technology Group will
execute the plan developed during the Evaluation
Phase. The completion of this Phase will bring your
existing environment up to a level that will operate
within the “Best Practices” we have established after
decades of technology experience. This phase will also
yield written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). These
SOP documents will provide guidelines for technology
operations.
Phase 3 – IT
Assurance Managed Service Program
After the completion of
the Compliance Phase, your technology environment
will be in a condition which will allow Advanced
Vision to take over responsibility for
your tactical and strategic Technology Operations. The goal of the
IT Assurance program is to provide
end-to-end coverage of your technology infrastructure.
We will become your trusted advisors, responsible for the
24*7*365 professional operations of your technological
environment.
